In response to President D. Trump’s Executive Order 14151, titled “Ending Radical and Wasteful Government DEI Programs and Preferencing,” signed on January 20, 2025, Numa, Inc. invites all accredited and non-accredited educators from the United States and abroad to use our forum to teach the public on issues related to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
Fully recognizing the importance of being compensated for one’s work in education, Numa, Inc. is planning to engage in fundraising to be able to pay the presenters for their talks. For Polish speakers, we offer translations.
DEI – diversity, equity, and includion – is an “organizational framework that seeks to promote the fair treatment and full participation of all people, particularly groups who have historically been underrepresented or subject to discrimination based on identity or disability.” (wikipedia.org)
DIVERSITY refers to gender, race, ethnicity, nationality, sexual orientation, disability, age, culture, religion, class, and veteran status, among other characteristics.
EQUITY refers to fairness and justice, for instance, to fair compensation for work.
INCLUSION refers to the ability and willingness to create a sense of belonging and integration.
